1. AC mini pump
The commutation of AC pump is changed by the 50HZ frequency of the power supply. Its speed is very low. There are no electronic components in the AC pump. The volume and power of the same head AC pump are 5-10 times that of the DC brushless pump.
Advantages: cheaper prices, more manufacturers.
Disadvantages: AC pump because of the use of high-voltage 220V power supply, so the coil copper wire diameter is very thin, and the coil turns when winding is very correct, the possibility of short circuit is relatively large, because the wire is too thin, resulting in high temperature rise, not suitable for long-term use, and can not be used in high temperature environment (AC pump coil copper) The line temperature is very low, plus the pump itself is Wen Shenggao. Because the AC pump is used alternating current 50HZ or 60HZ electro-rheological phase to make it run, so the pump speed is a certain, thus deciding the AC pump lift is very low.
2. brushless DC micro pump
When the pump works, the coil and commutator rotate, the magnetic steel and the carbon brush do not rotate. The alternating change of the coil current direction is completed with the commutator and the brush which the motor rotates. As long as the motor rotates the carbon brush, the wear will occur. When the pump runs to a certain time, the wear gap of the carbon brush will become larger, and the sound will increase accordingly. After hundreds of hours, the carbon brush will not function as a commutator. When used for a long time, the carbon powder worn out by the carbon brush easily clamped down the commutator.
Advantages: low price.
3. brushless DC micro pump
Brushless DC motor pump is composed of Brushless DC motor and impeller. The shaft of the motor is connected with the impeller. Because the shaft matched with the impeller passes through the motor, there must be a gap between the motor body and the extended shaft. It can only be solved by sealing technology. Water will penetrate into the motor for a long time, which increases the possibility of motor burnout. If the sealing technology is not in place, the service life of the pump will be prolonged. It"s very short.
4. diaphragm pump
Diaphragm pump is driven by motor cam, constantly extruding silica gel or rubber back and forth to achieve the purpose of pumping or pumping. The diaphragm pump has a rubber groove on both sides of the inlet and the outlet. Each of the cams has a rubber bump and a groove. The two grooves are connected with each other, and one groove corresponds to the inlet and one corresponds to the outlet. When the motor is running, the cam will drive the bump to extrude the groove, and when the bump extrudes the groove of the inlet. When the water in the groove is squeezed into the outlet groove, when the cam turns in another direction, the outlet bulge will press against the inlet groove to squeeze water out, at this time the inlet bulge leaves the inlet groove and sucks the water in, thus reciprocating to achieve the purpose of pumping. Because repeated extrusion will cause fatigue wear of rubber, especially when there are impurities in the water, rubber wear aggravated, so long-term use will lead to failure or excessive accumulation of impurities lead to stuck.
Features: Diaphragm pump can pump air, has a certain suction, can be higher than the level of use, and the pump uses extrusion, can achieve high pressure, but the water flow of the pump is on the low side.
5. plunger pump
Similar to the diaphragm pump, it only turns the groove into the piston to reciprocate and squeeze to achieve the purpose of pumping. Advantages are that it can pump air, has a certain suction, can be higher than the level of use, and the pump uses extrusion, can achieve high pressure, but the flow of water pump is on the low side.
6. gear pump
The gear pump uses double wheels to mesh and squeeze to achieve the purpose of pumping. Gear pump pressure is very high, but the water quality requirements are more stringent once there are hard objects into, will lead to gear wear aggravated or even stuck. The noise of gear pumps is large, and the applicable occasions are very limited.
